To facilitate our low prices, we operate a "fair usage" policy for our clients. This means that you can request some updates or changes on a weekly basis at no extra cost! So if you are planning a sale, a new product or have a big announcement to make, simple let us know as soon as possible and we will make sure the site is ready to tell everyone about it!

Well, with such a low monthly fee, we obviously cannot spend ALL our time on one client!
Fair usage means that we allow 2-3 hours per month for each client. Don't worry though, we get a LOT done in that time.
